Неподобство відбувається з причини соціально несправедливої мобілізації, в якій ТЦК виконують роль “вільної каси” для заможних ухилянтів замість яких заганяє до війська нужденних і непридатних. При цьому десятки тисяч ухилянтів у поліцейській формі беруть участь у примусовій мобілізації замість розслідувати такі злочини і мобілізуватися до ЗСУ самим.
