▪️Рік тому виник гучний скандал з корупцією військового комісара Одеського ОТЦК та СП Борисова Є.М. Президент України В.Зеленський доручив розібратися з корупцією ТЦК та СП, особисто дав оцінку справі мародера Борисову, а також наказав звільнити всіх обласних військкомів.
🔺Результат: корупцію у ТЦК не викорінено, корупційні схеми ТЦК-ВЛК-МСЕК продовжують функціонувати, військові комісари попри ротацію далі незаконно збагачуються, а двічі арештований одеський військком Борисов Є.М., що став уособленням корупції ТЦК, досі не отримавсудового вироку, не кажучи вже про відповідальність для його спільників і покровителів.
