Ранее сообщалось, что певец участвует в открытии форума. Он также подпишет соглашение с губернатором Ленобласти Дрозденко о начале девелоперского бизнеса в регионе.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting.
