Обеспечительные меры наложены в рамках требований о взыскании задолженности на сумму более 614 млн. рублей.
Суд постановил арестовать 5%-ный пакет акций «Детского мира», пакеты акций российских компаний, принадлежащих фонду Goldman Sachs III SICAV, а также имущественные права Goldman Sachs & Co в отношении товарных знаков.
Ответчиками по иску выступают Goldman Sachs International, Goldman Sachs Group и Goldman Sachs & Co LLC.
Goldman Sachs International отказался исполнять обязательства по генеральному соглашению, ссылаясь на то, что банк «Открытие» попал под санкции Великобритании и США. @ruarbitr
