Ими оказались семь мужчин, уроженцы Туркменистана в возрасте от 22 до 41 года.
Установлено, что иностранцы допустили сразу несколько грубых нарушений Правил дорожного движения РФ на улицах Западный обход и Константина Гондаря. Каждому из них выписаны административные штрафы в размере 4250 рублей (2000 рублей за нарушение правил остановки или стоянки транспортных средств и 2250 рублей за поворот налево или разворот в нарушение требований, предписанных дорожной размёткой).
Вместе с тем, на одного из указанных мужчин был составлен административный протокол по части 1 статьи 20.25 КоАП РФ (Неуплата административного штрафа в срок), за что ему грозит административный арест до 15 суток.
