📝Рецепт рыбных маффинов со шпинатом

✏️Ингредиенты:

✔️Филе трески, минтая или любой другой белой рыбы 100 гр., (у меня треска),
✔️Шпинат замороженный 1 горсть,
✔️Картофель🥔 небольшой 1 шт
✔️Яйцо 1 шт,

Приготовление:

▪️Блендером измельчаем все ингредиенты, на всякий случай проверяем на наличие костей, сырой картофель перед блендером натираем на крупной терке,
▪️Массу выкладываем в силиконовые формочки.
▪️Запекаем в духовке 30 минут при температуре 180°.

⭐️У меня получилось 4 маффина. 2 приготовила 2 заморозила до этапа готовки.
