Губернатор Саратовской области Роман Бусаргин поручил поручил Государственной жилищной инспекции с министерством строительства и ЖКХ организовать в каждом крупном муниципалитете комиссии. Ведомства должны будут провести проверки начислений за тепло в январе.
Причиной стали многочисленные жалобы от жителей региона. В случае, если комиссии обнаружат нарушения, они должны будут инициировать перерасчёты.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
