В общем, делала так ⤵️ 800 г филе трески перемолола в фарш в мясорубке, добавила туда 1 яйцо и 2 ст.ложки муки. Сформировала котлеты и готовила на пару примерно 20 минут. Получились очень нежные и сочные.
