به گزارش روابط عمومی اداره کل میراث‌فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع‌دستی استان اردبیل، علیرضا دباغ عبداللهی گفت: اولین موزه خصوصی خانه روستایی با عنوان «ساوالان ایگیدلری» در شهر آلنی شهرستان مشگین‌شهر از اداره کل موزه‌های وزارت میراث‌فرهنگی مجوز فعالیت دریافت کرد.
معاون میراث‌فرهنگی اداره کل میراث‌فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع‌دستی استان اردبیل افزود: موزه خانه روستایی ساوالان ایگیدلری موزه‌ای متفاوت از دیگر موزه‌ها بوده و با طراحی خانه روستایی با همان فرهنگ و آداب چیدمان شده و عناصر فرهنگی مربوط به سبک و شیوه زندگی، معیشت، پوشاک، باورها و اعتقادات زندگی روستایی را به نمایش گذاشته است.
او تاکید کرد: این موزه فرصت آشنایی با معماری خانه‌های روستایی منطقه، فرهنگ، آداب و رسوم جاری در منطقه، نوع پوشش زنان و مردان، صنایع دستی و بطور کلی چیدمان یک خانه روستایی در این خطه از سرزمین پهناور ایران را به نمایش می‌گذارد.
دباغ عبداللهی ادامه داد: موزه ساوالان ایگیدلری دومین موزه خصوصی در شهرستان مشگین‌شهر است که به همت اهالی فرهنگ دوست منطقه و با همکاری اداره میراث‌فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع‌دستی شهرستان مشگین‌شهر و اداره کل استان مورد بهره‌برداری قرار گرفته است.
معاون میراث‌فرهنگی استان اردبیل خاطرنشان کرد: اداره کل میراث‌فرهنگی استان اردبیل از ایجاد موزه‌های خصوصی در سراسر استان حمایت می‌کند و امیدواریم که با همت اهالی فرهنگ دوست استان شاهد افزایش تعداد چنین موزه‌هایی در سطح استان باشیم.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
