При этом ЦБ продолжит проводить операции по продаже иностранной валюты, связанные с пополнением и использованием средств Фонда национального благосостояния (ФНБ).

For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
