در این جلسه، ایشان گزارشی کامل از روند بررسی پرونده‌های دانشجویان در کمیته‌های انضباطی و افرادی که به واسطه احکام کمیته انضباطی از تحصیل محروم شده‌اند، ارائه کردند. دکتر حبیبا اعلام کردند که تمام تلاش خود را می‌کنند تا نهایتاً چند روز پس از فرایند حذف و اضافه، پرونده‌های دانشجویان بررسی شده و این دانشجویان بتوانند به کلاس‌های درس خود بازگردند.
اولویت بررسی در حال حاضر با دانشجویانی است که به دلیل احکام صادره از تحصیل محروم مانده‌اند.
مسائل مختلفی در این جلسه مطرح شد که به‌زودی گزارش کامل آن منتشر خواهد شد.

Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop.
