В новогодние каникулы Юрий Бездудный вместе с ВрИО губернатора Курской области Александром Хинштейном встретился с бойцами из НАО и передал им гостинцы и письма от родных и близких, подарки к Новому году и Рождеству, которые закупили власти и собрали жители округа. Хинштейн, вручивший на этой встрече бойцам из НАО медали «Защитник Курской области», отметил, насколько важны для солдат и офицеров такие встречи: «Мне было очень приятно увидеть, как тепло, по-семейному Юрий Васильевич общается с бойцами. Как и положено настоящему губернатору, он искренне беспокоится за судьбы своих земляков, защищающих Родину вдали от дома».
Именно так, на деле помогать воинам, защищающим интересы Родины на передовой, и призывает Президент, объявив 2025 год — Годом Защитника Отечества.
