К прочим относятся все, КРОМЕ — населения, насосных станций, зарядных станций для электромобилей, интернатов, религиозных учреждений, бюджетных потребителей, сельского хозяйства, промышленности, майнинга, золоторудной отрасли, литейного производства, выпуска алкоголя и деятельности цемзаводов.
Грубо говоря, теперь за свет в арендованном помещении платить будете больше. И владелец продуктового будет платить больше, и тд.
Если что, общественное обсуждение было летом, по его итогам и утвердили новые тарифы.
