Памятники природы регионального значения создаются для сохранения уникальных экосистем. «Урочище Лысая гора» - это участок со старовозрастными дубами, «Урочище Белый Ключ» - фрагмент природно-экологического каркаса района и место обитания различных диких животных.
Для справки. На сегодняшний день в области насчитывается 93 охраняемые природные территории регионального значения и 3 - федерального значения. Их общая площадь превышает 184 тысячи гектаров.
