Я думаю, самое разочаровывающее в работе руководителя — это ошибаться в сотрудниках.
Я часто рассказываю, что в нашей индустрии очень любят красивые истории побед и превозмоганий. У нас еще и невероятно низкий порог входа. И именно тут тебе всегда дадут шанс проявить себя. Мне самой эти шансы давали неоднократно. И каждый такой шанс я помню и ценю поименно.
Поэтому при найме я часто руководствуюсь теми же принципами. Я не раз брала людей, которые сейчас не дотягивают, но которые просили дать им шанс, и они докажут, что способны на бОльшее.
И самое неприятное, когда всё по факту оказывается пустым трепом, а человек не оправдывает шансов и вложений. Такие сотрудники аффектят всю команду. Этот ужасный диссонанс и разлад ощущается практически на физическом уровне.
И вот ты создаешь процессы и условия, у вас реально классные задачи и проекты. Но этот диссонанс нивелирует все твои усилия. Каждый день я разочаровываюсь не в таких сотрудниках, а в себе.
