В Нижневартовске компания «Домтрансавто» усиливает подготовку водителей перед выходом на маршрут – теперь при приеме на работу они будут проходить дополнительную стажировку. Об этом сообщили в группе «ДОМТРАНСАВТО Нижневартовск» во «ВКонтакте».
Ранее новый сотрудник должен был пройти тестирование в классе безопасности на знание ПДД и несколько инструктажей. Теперь водители будут проходить еще и тренировочные заезды по городским маршрутам на учебном автобусе под руководством опытного наставника и без пассажиров.
