Сегодня Кобзев окончательно вычеркнут из списков потенциальных кандидатов. Он попросился в сенаторы. А там амбициозный Андрей Чернышев, который обведя того же Кобзева и Серебренникова вокруг пальца в Братске, спит и видит себя губернатором.

Но Москва есть Москва. У Москвы всегда есть джокер. А кто знает, кто этот Джокер? Быть может это даже Олег Дерипаска…
