А вот Краснодарский край, сдается мне, попал в этот рейтинг лишь благодаря тому, что отпускники неистово скачивают электронные книжки, чтобы чилить на пляже. Так или иначе, юг - тоже в топе. И как же здесь не хватает хорошего книжного фестиваля...🤞🤞🤞
