Когда Мария, находясь в ИК-6 Шипуново отказалась идти на дисциплинарную комиссию, сотрудники колонии повели ее туда силой. И тогда, как утверждает обвинение, Мария, якобы, на них напала.
Однако сама Мария сообщила, что «потерпевшие» — сотрудники мужского пола и она ни на кого из них не нападала.
По новому обвинению Марии грозит еще до 5 лет колонии вдобавок к ее сроку заключения.
