Сразу же возникает вопрос: а будет ли новое дорожное покрытие качественным? Для того чтобы избежать халатности со стороны подрядчика, властям необходимо постоянно следить за тем как ведутся работы. А не как всегда. Вкинуть деньги из бюджета региона и забыть.
