В Башкирии, что не день, так проблема с подачей тепла. А каждый раз слушать претензии местных жителей никто не хочет. Поэтому власти Уфы посчитали отличной идеей использовать искусственный интеллект. Действительно, зачем марать руки, если все сделает робот? Но сделает ли?
Администрация города, конечно же, посчитала, что таким образом они будут узнавать о решении всех проблем. Эх, если бы можно было заменить всю работу властей роботизированной техникой... Вот так мечта, ничего не делать. Хотя, они и так сидят без дела, судя по количеству проблем в регионе.
Интересно, а робот будет предлагать местным жителям, как и Хабиров, запастись теплыми носочками и закрыть форточку? 🤔

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
