В ходе визита стороны совместно оценили ход рекультивационных работ на объектах бывшего уранового производства. По данным ведомства, работы ведутся в соответствии с международными стандартами безопасности, установленными МАГАТЭ. На сегодняшний день завершена рекультивация хвостохранилищ «Как» и «Талды-Булак», а мероприятия на объекте «Туюк-Суу» находятся на завершающей стадии.
