Здесь предлагается построить подземную парковку, уложить брусчатку, установить стилизованные под старину фонари, сделать сквер с амфитеатром, детскую площадку, открыть сувенирные лавки, летнее кафе и гостиницу в доме №35. Главной темой проекта станет деревянное зодчество.

Выглядит грандиозно, ждём воплощения в жизнь.
