Как сообщил Reuters Нуреддин Азизи, и.о. главы Минторга "Талибана"*, Москва обязалась ежегодно поставлять в Афганистан 1 млн тонн бензина, 1 млн тонн дизеля, 500 тыс. тонн СУГ и 2 млн тонн пшеницы.
Для механизма контрактов предусмотрен пробный период, по истечению которого стороны рассчитывают их продлить. Товары будут доставляться в Афганистан ж/д и а/д транспортом. По словам Азизи, Россия согласилась предоставить скидку относительно общемировых цен.

Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
