Как заявил TOLOnews Хикматулла Ахундзада, глава отделения афганской энергетической компании DABS по провинции Кабул, перебоев не наблюдается уже 3-ий день, в афганскую энергосистему поступают обещанные 400 МВт. В совокупности с собственными мощностями этого хватает, чтобы обеспечить энергией промышленность Кабула на 9 часов.
Афганская торгово-инвестиционная палата сообщает, что если в отсутствие узбекской энергии 90% столичных заводов остановили работу, сейчас половина из них ее уже возобновила. Но 9 часов энергии им совершенно не хватает: как минимум, нужно 14-15, а в нормальных условиях - 18-20.

In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said.
