🇷🇺 Эстафета Победы день за днем

⚡️На участке ответственности Пограничного управления ФСБ России по западному арктическому району эстафетная группа доставила резервный символ международной военно-патриотической акции на палубу пограничного сторожевого корабля 1 ранга "Полярная звезда". По случаю прибытия "Эстафеты Победы – 2025" моряки-пограничники провели торжественное собрание.

⚓️ ПСКР 1 ранга "Полярная звезда" – один из кораблей ледового класса проекта 22100, стоящих на вооружении Береговой охраны Пограничной службы ФСБ России. Эти корабли способны нести службу в суровых условиях Арктики и способны преодолевать лёд толщиной до 80 сантиметров.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks.
