Дом на Малой Тульской, который "Ом Девелопмент" забрал под реконструкцию 👆🏻. Хмммм, как интересно.

Смотрим фасад. Много мелких трещин, есть глубокие, расходящиеся паутинками. Разваливающиеся местами оконные проемы. Крепления от швеллера, который сдерживал стены от рассыпания... Любопытно, но при всем этом дом не признан аварийным, степень износа — 63%.

"Ом Девелопмент" в декабре прошлого года выкупил здание у Фонда реновации, а всего несколько дней назад получил ГПЗУ на проект его реконструкции. Нашей редакции ну ооооочень интересно будет посмотреть, как это получится.

Кстати, в помещениях, где на 1-м видео горит свет, девелопер уже провел отделку. То ли под офис продаж, то ли под шоу-рум.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
