Вот и готов первый московский проект сибирского девелопера, расположенный на проспекте 40 лет Октября, 7/1. Дом на 112 квартир с подземным паркингом на 91 авто получил ЗОС, ну а мы с вами - возможность проверить его на соответствие ожиданий реальности.

Данный комплекс - тот случай, когда все очень и очень просто. Застройщик - ГК «Расцветай», ЖК называется «Расцветай в Люблино», ничего особенного не обещали (картинка 1), а потому ничего невероятного и не возвели (картинка 2). Зато получилось похоже. Очень интересно, как на деле выглядят подъезды: рендеры очень даже ничего (картинка 3), но вот фактических фото, к сожалению, нет.
