Сегодня в Назарово установились положительные температуры и в квартирах на верхних этажах у людей потекла вода. Проводка в квартирах и подъезде уже искрит, люди бояться нового пожара.

Жильцы фактически брошены. Завтра по прогнозу погоды будет ещё теплее и, соответственно, поток талых вод с крыши, засыпанной снегом, ещё усилится.
