Компания «КС-Про» выступает техническим заказчиком на всех объектах STONE HEDGE, так что могу предположить, что и тут «КС-Про» ведёт работы в интересах девелопера.
На данном участке можно будет построить многофункциональный комплекс общей площадью 120 000 м² и предельной высотой в 230 метров.
