Всего «Крост» собирается построить на данном участке 332 500 м² жилой недвижимости и 65 740 м² коммерческой. Ранее московские власти заявляли, что часть площадей инвестор передаст городу в рамках программы реновации.
Сейчас на участке находятся здания Ростокинского Мехового Комбината, основанного в 1932 году. Это одно из крупнейших предприятий по пошиву меховых изделий в России. @stroi_news
