Согласно документу, общая площадь будушего ЖК составит 43 650 м².
Напомню, что изначально «Основа» планировала построить на участке комплекс апартаментов, но затем стало известно, что столичные власти одобрили девелоперу перевод участка под жилую застройку.
Данный участок достался девелоперу в рамках сделки с татарским холдингом «АК Барс» по покупке 3-х земельных участков в Москве, на которых можно построить свыше 100 000 м² недвижимости.
