Появилась концепция строительства гостинично-жилого комплекса на месте банковского квартала ВТБ на Кузнецком мосту, который достался финансовой группе в наследство от Банка Москвы.
Согласно документу, на территории предлагается построить 32 700 м² недвижимости переменной этажности от 4 до 8 этажей. В большей части комплекса будут располагаться квартиры.
В настоящее время на участке находятся строения, которые, по всей видимости, будут снесены.
