Проектом предусмотрено строительство двух 20-этажных корпусов общей площадью 43 650 м², объединённых стилобатом с коммерческой частью.

Данный участок достался «Основе» в рамках сделки с татарским холдингом «АК Барс» по покупке 3-ех земельных участков в Москве, на которых можно построить свыше 100 тысяч м² недвижимости.
