Инцидент произошел в конце декабря. Тогда мужчина дернул за руку девочку, однако в больницу семья не обратилась. Только спустя время ребенка все-таки привезли в медучреждение, у нее зафиксировали перелом ключицы.
"Девочка лежала в больнице, ее выписали где-то 25 января", – уточнил в беседе с агентством источник в правоохранительных органах.
