Отдельно политик отметил бойца UFC Хамзат Чимаева — чеченца, выступающего под флагом Швеции. Палудан заявил, что Чимаев не швед и никогда им не станет. Также он заявил, что Хамзат вспыльчивый и гневается, как маленькая девочка. Саму акцию он назвал «особым приветствием всем чеченцам».

Акция прошла под присмотром полиции. Палудан упомянул в своем выступлении Чечню и заявил, что если бы чеченцы научились себя вести, в сожжении Корана не возникло бы необходимости.
