Хотя само дело связано с периодом, когда чиновник рулил районным департаментом экологии и природопользования. По данным силовиков, Исхаков в 2017 году заключил контракт на рекультивацию нескольких карьеров в Альметьевском районе. Но, как выяснилось, ничего сделано не было, а деньги банально разворовали.
