📌Сегодня, 28 ноября, Челябинский обастной суд, как и суд первой инстанции, отказал челябинцам в иске к Губернатору с требованиями установить охранную зону вокруг памятника природы "Челябинский городской бор". 🦚Охранная зона нашему Бору необходима и это очень важно. 🏦Застройщики просто с какой-то маниакальной остервенелостью протаскивают через городскую администрацию проекты по застройке многоэтажками бывшей ахранной зоны и утраченной территории Бора. А админстрация идет на поводу у них или может уже и имеет конкретный интерес. Разрешения на стротиельство в бывшей охранной зоне множатся как грибы после дождя. 🐜Конечно сегодня у многих другие заботы, но и Бор оставлять в беде нельзя. 📍Далее кассационная инстанция, куда мы коненчо обратимся.

Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available.
