16-летний Карен Асрян создал в Телеграме канал «Армянский радикал», где постил огромное количество антироссийского контента и поддерживал Украину.

После истории с русскими учителями из Ессентуков, на которых диаспорами была организована настоящая травля, админы одного из русских Telegram-каналов по комментариям вычислили "радикала".

4 января ему исполнилось 16 лет, и теперь он может нести уголовную ответственность. Очень надеемся, что правоохранители сработают быстрее, чем Асрян успеет слинять из нашей страны на историческую родину. Сейчас, к слову, он уже удалил свой канал.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
