Она предоставила справки из органов ЗАГС о смене военнослужащим фамилии и о том, что она является его матерью, однако все это не было принято во внимание.
- Прокуратура направила в суд иск об установлении факта материнства. Суд исковые требования надзорного ведомства удовлетворил. Заявителю выплачены положенные денежные средства, - отметили в пресс-службе прокуратуры Бурятии.
