There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Oh no. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
