🔶 Для должностных лиц — штраф в размере до 200000 рублей;
🔶 Для юридических лиц — штраф в размере до 1 млн рублей, либо административное приостановление деятельности на срок до 90 суток.
Также президент РФ подписал закон о штрафах до 60 млн рублей за подделку документов в целях организации незаконной миграции и закон о запрете усыновления российских детей гражданами стран, в которых разрешена смена пола 👍

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
