Лидером по удорожанию в 2024 году стал один из самых популярных овощей — картофель. Сегодня стоимость килограмма данного овоща составляет практически 48 рублей, тогда как в январе этого года он стоил 27 рублей, в 2022 году — 22 рубля.
На втором месте по росту цен молочные продукты — стоимость молока выросла за 12 месяцев более чем на 32%, с начала года — на 24,2%. В среднем литр молока в Тюмени продают сегодня за 114 рублей, в январе оно стоило на 16,7 рублей дешевле.
Сливочное масло за год подорожало почти на 27% или более чем на 230 рублей (за килограмм). Средняя стоимость пачки весом 180 граммов и жирностью 82,5% превышает 250 рублей. Также существенно возросли цены на сметану (рост на 25,8%) и сыры (рост более чем на 11,5%).
Стоимость сахара увеличилась на 9,1% — килограмм сегодня стоит более 78 рублей. На 11% подорожали сладости, а именно печенье — средняя цена килограмма составляет 348 рублей.
