Все просто⤵️ Для коржа Кладем в блендер бананы 2 шт, яйца, какао и разрыхлитель. Перемешиваем.
Выкладываем либо в формочки, либо в одну силиконовую форму. Выпекаем при 180градусов 20 минут.
Для крема Смешиваем творог, банан, ванилин, сок лимона и масло. P.S. Можно добавить еще сливочный сыр с хорошим составом ( мне по составу нравится фирма «Савушкин»). Взбить.
Когда корж остынет, можно намазать его кремом. Кексы оставить на ночь в холодильнике.
Кексы получается с шоколадными коржами и нежным сладким кремом с легкой кислинкой.
