В подмоковном Климовске без отопления остаются 179 многоквартирных домов и городская больница. Температура воздуха ночью опускалась до -26 градусов.

Как пишут жители Климовска, отопление и горячая вода пропали ещё утром 4 января.

По данным Министерства энергетики Московской области, причиной аварии стал гидравлический удар на тепловой сети, вызванный скачком напряжения на котельной патронного завода. Это привело к утечкам теплоносителя в нескольких местах на теплотрассе. Сейчас последствия аварии устраняют.

Жители города массово жалуются на лопающиеся трубы батарей отопления.
