☑️ Ухвалено наказ Міністерства оборони України № 879 від 31.12.2024 про затвердження форми первинної облікової документації “Первинна медична картка” та інструкції щодо її застосування.
🔳 ЩО ЦЕ ЗМІНЮЄ?
◽️ Скасування радянської “форми 100”; ◽️ Цифровізація медичних записів на догоспітальному етапі; ◽️ Аналіз агрегованих медичних даних у військовій медицині.
Реалізація цього наказу є також основою для “травма-реєстру”, на агрегованих даних якого зокрема формується доказова база для протоколів лікування у країнах НАТО.
Даний механізм буде впроваджено протягом трьох місяців з моменту набрання чинності наказу.
