До 13 сентября в списке было лишь 13 партий – ЕР, КПРФ, ЛДПР, СР, «Патриоты России», «Коммунисты России», «Яблоко», «Родина», «Партия пенсионеров», «Партия Роста», «Зеленые», «Партия пенсионеров России» и КПСС. В прошедший ЕДГ льготу также получили три новых кремлевских проекта – «Новые люди», «За правду» и «Зеленая альтернатива».
