К такому выводу пришла «Сирена», изучив данные о числе мобилизованных из разных регионов России, предоставленные властями и провластными СМИ. Мы вычислили процент, который мобилизованные составляют от трудоспособного мужского населения регионов.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic.
