«Если мы положим асфальт, то он уже через месяц провалится опять. Люди скажут, что мы дураки, если так поступим, и мы действительно ими и будем», - объяснил Александр Прохорец, заместитель мэра города по промышленности.
Хорошо, конечно, что подчиненные Кравчука трезво оценивают то, как на них смотрят хабаровчане, но попахивает очередной попыткой спихнуть свою медлительность на «очень сложные условия».
