Взрыв случился от удара дверью при открывании (из дома выходила женщина, она ранена поражающими элементами в затылок), возможно, детонация произошла случайно и СВУ было предназначено для кого-то другого. На месте взрыва работают сотрудники спецслужб, но пока «подрывник» не установлен.
По данным собеседника, ранее, 20 февраля в подъезде жилого дома номер 134 по улице Комарова (соседний микрорайон) было обнаружено похожее СВУ, замаскированное под коробку из-под сока. Местных жителей эвакуировали в школу. Бомба чудом не сработала и была обезврежена. Однако, местные силовики наврали в СМИ, что изъятый предмет не представлял опасности.
